Today for my local history class we went on a heritage trail outing which was brilliant, lead by our teacher Rowan. We visited this tree which is an English acorn tree that is meant to be one of the oldest trees in the local area at 130 years old!
I can't believe its still standing and so old! makes me look small in comparison.
Then we went on to a reserve which is also on the heritage listing
it was mainly wet lands and bush which was interesting to see them preserving wildlife and habitate in the local area.
This week I will promise to show you some needle felting which I've been doing!
hugs
